Online Math Program
Multisensory Math for Struggling Learners
Building Math Confidence & Closing Gaps
Math doesn’t have to feel overwhelming. At Hammond Bell, we specialize in supporting students who struggle with math—whether it’s due to dyscalculia, math anxiety, ADHD, or simply needing extra support to keep up in class.

Our multisensory, structured approach follows the CRA model (Concrete–Representational–Abstract) to build true understanding. Students first work with hands-on materials (Concrete), then move to pictures and visuals (Representational), and finally connect their learning to numbers and symbols (Abstract). This step-by-step progression helps learners see how math works, rather than just memorizing procedures.
By combining this method with individualized lessons, we give students tools they can actually use to understand numbers and problem-solve with confidence. The result? Math feels more engaging, less intimidating, and—most importantly—more achievable.
How Our Math Program Helps
Here’s how our Math Program supports students at every step:
Concrete to Abstract Learning
Hands-on visuals and manipulatives that make abstract math concepts easier to understand.
Review and Reinforcement
Regular practice and review that strengthen retention over time.
Interactive Problem Solving
Games and puzzles that break problems into clear, manageable steps.
Personalized for Each Student
Customized lessons that match each learner’s needs, style, and pace.
Step-by-Step Instruction
Structured lessons that build skills in a logical, sequential order.
Lasting Math Skills
Foundational strategies that promote true understanding instead of memorization.
