Tuition & Payment Information
Our tutoring program follows a simple, consistent tuition model. Here's how it works:

Equal Monthly Payments: Your tuition covers 45 weeks of tutoring from September 8th, 2026, to September 7th, 2027. The cost is $78 per lesson, with payments divided into 12 equal installments, due on the 1st of each month.

Scheduled Breaks and "Flex Weeks" You are not charged for the remaining 7 weeks of the calendar year. These 7 weeks consist of 3 weeks of scheduled holidays, 2 week for make-up lessons, and 2 "flex weeks", one for the family and one for the tutor. Flex weeks are not prescheduled and are can be used at any time throughout the year for things like family vacations, doctor's appointments/ illness, schedule conflicts, etc. You're not charged for these weeks, so no refunds are issued for missed lessons during breaks.

Automatic Payments: Payments can be made by credit card (with a 2.9% fee) or ACH, which has no fee, as we cover the cost. A payment method is required to be on file for automatic payments.

Flexibility and Termination: Services are month-to-month. If you decide to stop tutoring, please provide two weeks' notice to allow us to adjust the tutor’s schedule. Note: Taking more than two weeks off may result in losing your spot.

Equal Off-Days: We’ve carefully structured our calendar to ensure each day of the week has the same number of built-in days off — including five Mondays, five Tuesdays, five Wednesdays, and so on. This means that no matter what days your child receives tutoring, you'll receive the same number of instructional weeks. You can also add extra lessons anytime—just reach out to us!
We manage all flex days and makeups internally to ensure a smooth and predictable experience for everyone.
