Tuition & Payment Information

Our tutoring program follows a simple, consistent tuition model. Here's how it works:

  • Equal Monthly Payments: Your tuition covers 45 weeks of tutoring from September 8th, 2024, to August 31st, 2025. The cost is $78 per lesson, with payments divided into 12 equal installments, due on the 1st of each month.

  • Scheduled Breaks: There are 7 weeks off throughout the year (holidays, vacation, 1 week for make-up lessons, and 2 "flex weeks" – one for the student and one for the tutor). You're not charged for these weeks, so no refunds are issued for missed lessons during breaks.

  • Automatic Payments: Payments can be made by credit card (with a 2.9% fee) or ACH, which has no fee, as we cover the cost.

  • Flexibility and Termination: Services are month-to-month. If you decide to stop tutoring, please provide two weeks' notice to allow us to adjust the tutor’s schedule. A prorated refund is available if you terminate midmonth. Note: Taking more than two weeks off may result in losing your spot.

  • Equal Off-Days: All students, regardless of their schedule, receive the same number of off-days. You can also add extra lessons anytime—just reach out to us!​

May 25-31: Spring makeup week

July 4-6: 4th of July break

 

In addition to these 5 weeks, the tutor and student each get a "flex week" off which we keep track of. These 7 weeks off are not paid for and must be used.
